New Council Level
Starting on May 21, there is a new council level available for players at Player Level 86, bringing the max council level to level 31.
The new council level should continue to bring the game to a level that’s more fair compared to the game’s difficulty, which we will continue to improve. We have plans to launch a new game mode soon and plans to do more with the earlier announced Apocalypse equipment, amongst other things. More details on that later.
- Maximum level: Workshop, Training Grounds, Farm Plots, XP Tents, Mission Car, Supplies Storage, and Hospital can now be upgraded
- XP capacity: The new council level increases XP capacity to 17.8 million
- Workshop: The maximum level of equipment is raised one level, to level 35
- Training Ground: The maximum level of survivors is raised one level, to level 32
- Supplies Storage: The total capacity of supplies is now 35 million.
- Farm Plots: Production for the new level is increased to 7.2k supplies per hour with a maximum of 74k supplies
- XP Tents: The newly added level 15 XP Tents have increased production to 8k per hour and a maximum capacity of 43k
- Mission Car: The maximum capacity is 80 gas after upgrading
- Hospital: Upgrading the Hospital will give a healing time reduction of 110 minutes

Level 32 Equipment
Equipment at max level will be available as random rewards in chests starting from Player Level 83 to 86 with a 50% chance to be level 32. When Player Level 87 or higher is reached, the equipment will always be level 32.
Equipment coming from shops (Trade Goods (besides chests with random rewards), Trade Fair, and In-game shop) is at a level according to your highest level survivor per class (for example: you have Michonne (Warrior) at level 31, so any Warrior purchases will be received as level 31. You however have Riot Gear Glenn (Bruiser) at level 32, so any Bruiser purchases will be received as level 32).
Tomato Monday Event
According to our data, a lot of active players already have their Supplies maxed out at the moment. We however feel that it wouldn’t be fair to instantly drop a Council upgrade without the possibility to gather them. Therefore, the Tomato Monday event will be active from Tuesday May 21, 08:00 UTC until Tuesday May 28, 08:00 UTC.
