New Council Level
Starting December 11, 2024, a new council level will be available for players at Player Level 90, bringing the max council level to level 32.
The new council level should continue to bring the game to a fairer level, especially now that Doomsday Challenge is lurking around the corner, making the game harder than ever before.
- Maximum level: Workshop, Training Grounds, Farm Plots, XP Tents, Mission Car, Supplies Storage, RadioTent, Outpost and Hospital can now be upgraded
- XP capacity: The new council level increases XP capacity to 19.3 million
- Workshop: The maximum level of equipment is raised one level, to level 36
- Training Ground: The maximum level of survivors is raised one level, to level 33
- Supplies Storage: The total capacity of supplies is now 8 million per storage.
- Farm Plots: Production for the new level is increased to 15.2k supplies per hour with a maximum of 182.4k supplies
- XP Tents: The newly added level 16 XP Tents have increased production to 15.2k per hour and a maximum capacity of 182.4k
- Mission Car: The maximum capacity is 90 gas after upgrading
- Hospital: Upgrading the Hospital will give a healing time reduction of 130 minutes
- Radio tent: Get a 1-star call for free every 15 hours. The highest level of the survivor is 19.
- Outpost: Trade goods increased to 120, maximum storage capacity 2000

Equipment Level
Equipment at max level will be available as random rewards in chests starting from Player Level 87 to 89 with a 50% chance to be level 33. When Player Level 90 or higher is reached, the equipment will always be level 34.
Equipment coming from shops (Trade Goods (besides chests with random rewards), Trade Fair, and In-game shop) is at a level according to your highest level survivor per class. For example: you have Michonne (Warrior) at level 32, so any Warrior purchases will be received as level 32. You however have Riot Gear Glenn (Bruiser) at level 33, so any Bruiser purchases will be received as level 33.
Tomato Monday Event
We however feel that it's unfair to instantly drop a Council upgrade without the possibility to gather them. Therefore, the Tomato Monday event will be active from Wednesday, December 11, 08:00 UTC until Wednesday, December 18, 08:00 UTC.
