Last Stand: Decontamination
Tired of playing Last Stand repeatedly? The new Last Stand Decontamination feature got you covered!
Upon entering Last Stand, there is a Decontamination button. After playing your first Last Stand battle for the week, you are able to tap the Decontamination's 'i' button for instructions.
To make use of Decontamination, you can use your other Last Stand tickets or, if you ran out, pay 100 Gold.
Simply tap the Decontamination button, confirm your selection and your highest score for the week will be copied. Gained rewards during the first Last Stand battle will also be given to you again. The Total Scores are accumulated normally.

Feature: Equipment Remodeling
Time to customize!
It's time to customize your weapons and armor through our new feature - Equipment Remodeling! You are able to regenerate the traits on your equipment once you have unlocked them.
How does it work?
- Remodeling allows you to modify the traits of a weapon or armor, randomly regenerating a new trait and new values.
- You can start Equipment Remodeling by tapping one of the traits.
- For each attempt, one trait will be randomly rerolled, with 2 new traits being generated. You can choose between the 2 new traits or just keep the original one.
- Using Equipment Remodeling requires a certain amount of Gold and the Weapon Modification Token, which will be available in bundles, in the Trade Goods store, and in the Black Market.
- If you lack the right amount of Weapon Modification Tokens, you can buy a Remodel token for 20 Gold per token by clicking the big red checkmark. Note: You need 50 Weapon Modification tokens per transformation, meaning that if you currently have 0 Weapon Modification tokens, the game will deduct 1000 gold per transformation.
- Once you click 'Transform', you agree to the costs for the transformation.
- For Apocalypse gear, using Equipment Remodeling results in higher quality traits according to Apocalypse Breakthrough, another new feature described below.
The image above was taken from a test version. Final result could look different.
Restrictions
- New traits can't be any trait you already have in another Trait slot.
- Only traits that match the equipment's Class are available.
Feature: Equipment Breakthrough
Apocalypse Equipment
A brand-new feature to buff Apocalypse gear: Equipment Breakthrough! The purpose of this feature is to level up your Apocalypse gear to increase the basic attributes and trait effects, further increasing its overall power.
Breakthrough Levels
How does it work?
- Each Apocalypse gear is qualified for Breakthrough after unlocking their 3 basic traits. The Breakthrough level is displayed above the Breakthrough button.
- Tap the Breakthrough button to enter the Breakthrough window.
- Choose a Blueprint on the left (or click the 'Automatic Selection' button).
- Click 'Equipment Breakthrough' to upgrade your equipment to the next level.

Upgrade costs
Upgrading your Breakthrough level requires Universal Apocalypse Tokens and Blueprints (described in 'New items'). The higher the Breakthrough level, the more materials are needed.
Note: if you have a Blueprint for equipment with a skin, it can be counted towards the same equipment.
Daryl's Harpoon (Apocalypse Bruiser)
Special functionality
Reaches 2 spaces away and hits in a cone-shaped area. Non-Body Shot attacks stun the enemies (as long as they are not stun-resistant) and push targets back 1 space. Enemies colliding with a pushed target also get stunned (as long as they are not stun-resistant). The main target of your attack never results in a Body Shot. Overwatch attacks force the enemy to end their turn early.
Charged attack is a bonus attack that damages in a circular area and stuns all targets. Inflicts guaranteed Critical Hit.
Descriptions are possibly subject to change. We will inform you if we adjust any description.
Apocalyptic Bonus
Damage
Traits
Silver Tactical, Golden Destructive, Golden Razor

Available in the first Campaign released after this update (as a Blueprint). See Campaign details in this article.
Shielded Fortress Armor (Bruiser)
Special functionality
Gains a shield equal to 120% of the hero's HP. While the shield is active, damage taken is first deducted from the shield. If the damage taken exceeds the remaining shield, only the shield value is deducted, and the shield will disappear.
Traits
Silver Health Boost, Golden Iron Skin, Golden Primed
Availability
Available in the first Campaign released after this update. See Campaign details in this article.
New Items
Universal Apocalypse Token
The newly introduced Universal Apocalypse Token will replace the earlier available Apocalypse Tokens and can be obtained through Campaigns and by playing Last Stand, as well as in the Trade Goods Shop and in the Black Market.
After you obtain a Blueprint (see below), you can use these new Apocalypse Tokens to assemble Apocalypse equipment (amount of Apocalypse Tokens needed may vary per equipment).
The second use of these tokens is the new Breakthrough feature, described earlier in this article.
Earlier collected Apocalypse Tokens will be converted to Universal Apocalypse Tokens automatically at a 1:1 ratio.
Blueprints
Blueprints are necessary to assemble Apocalypse equipment. Normally you need 1 dedicated Blueprint per Apocalypse equipment. It's also needed to make use of the Breakthrough feature, described earlier in this article.
Blueprints will be available as rewards during Campaigns.
As part of the update gift after this update, we would like to give each player the following 5 Blueprints FOR FREE: Golden Butterfly Knife, CRM Trident, Thundersoul M95, Warrior Apocalyptic Survivor, and Apocalyptic Survivor. These Blueprints match the Apocalypse equipment we have been handing out since the Apocalypse rarity launched.
Weapon Modification Token
These tokens are used to reroll a randomized new trait on any equipment. See the earlier mentioned Remodeling feature in this article. You can purchase them with Gold.
