Simon (Assault)

Simon-1.png

The Savior’s second-in-command is ruthless and not known to show any mercy. Hesitate for a moment, and you’ll be on the receiving end of his brutal judgment.

Leader Trait: Redact Them

Simon's attacks have a {X}% chance to add a Redact stack (up to {Y}). Redact stacks increase total damage dealt to human enemies by {Z}% per stack. When the next threat occurs (excluding Last Stand), gained Redact stacks will reset to zero, consumed for a {A}% chance per stack to reduce {B}% health to each individually spawned walker. Simon’s attacks have {C}% chance to stun target 1 turn.

As a leader, all team members gain this bonus and Redact stacks are combined. Redact them is not affected by Lucky.

Leader Trait Values

Values are possibly subject to change. We will inform you if we adjust any values.

Remaining Traits

Iron Skin, Marksman, Dodge, and Defensive Stance

Video

We will have a video available as soon as we can.

Excluding Last Stand?

Last Stand is a game mode that resolves around threats to establish new waves. Like other heroes with a threat-related wave (for example Michonne), this mechanic doesn't work in Last Stand as it would go directly against the mode's main goal.

Weapon: Nat's Screamstick (Assault)

Screamstick.png

Special functionality

Deals damage to enemies within a double circular area around the target. If this attack kills any target, it permanently increases total damage by 3% (up to 15 stacks, triggered once per attack).

Charge attack is a bonus attack that can be targeted anywhere on the ground within range, dealing damage and stunning enemies in the area. Enemies within the inner-circle whose HP is over 70%, suffer an additional 30% damage.

Values are possibly subject to change. We will inform you if we adjust any values.

Traits

Silver Lethal, Golden Concussion, Golden Piercing

Seven-Day Login Rewards Event

7dlrevent.jpg

We’re happy to introduce a new event that we’ll run from time to time: a week-long event where you just have to log in to the game to receive free gifts, while also allowing you to get extra rewards for a small fee.

This is also where you can receive the promised Apocalypse tokens from time to time.

Missed one of the rewards? For 50 gold you're able to use the Remedy feature to get it anyway. This can be done only twice while on the Free tier.

The event is available after completing the Newcomer's login week that pops up when you start playing the game for the first time, and reaching Council Level 12.

Instant Apocalypse Token Run

We apologize for any inconvenience caused by earlier Apocalypse communication. To make up for the mistake, we want to use the first Seven-Day Login Rewards Event to give you the opportunity to complete your CRM Trident Apocalypse Token collection as soon as possible. Therefore, the very first time we’ll run this event is this Friday, June 28.

We realize that we should have had this before launching the Apocalypse equipment. We therefore kick off the first full week with a distribution that’s close to the image shown above.

The Premium Tier will include 200 CommonWealth Armor Tokens and a CommonWealth Armor avatar, while the Free Tier includes 55 CRM Trident Apocalypse Tokens and a complimentary Apocalypse Butterfly Knife with Silver Tactical, Golden First Strike/Razor, and the Apocalyptic Weapon Trait (no extra Special Functionality).

Combined with the obtainable tokens through the previous Campaign in late April and by playing Last Stand since late April, everyone should have had a fair opportunity to obtain 200 CRM Trident Apocalypse Tokens after this.

More information on how to get Apocalypse tokens can be found in our guide on how to obtain Apocalypse Tokens.

Store Optimization

Filter for stores

We added a filter feature for the Bundle and Trade Fair store to allow quick filtering for the bundles. A button displaying ‘All’ can be pressed on the top-left corner to create a dropdown menu.

Trade Fair/Hilltop Store Merge

We combined the Trade Fair and Hilltop Store. Upon entering the Trade Fair or Hilltop Store, you can use the button on the left to choose the store you want.

Store tab order

We changed the order of the store tabs for a more convenient experience.

Campaign

campaign-1.jpg

Our next Campaign launches on Monday, July 1, and includes 40 more tokens for the Apocalyptic Armor (Bruiser) at 1750 Campaign Tokens, 500 Simon Hero Tokens at 2000 Campaign Tokens, and the brand new Nat’s Screamstick (Assault) at 3000 Campaign Tokens. Descriptions for Nat’s Screamstick and Simon can be found above in this article.

Bug fixes and improvements

  • Fixed the issue where walkers would walk through the wall towards Magna’s pitfall in certain Challenge maps.
  • Fixed the issue that clicking on the icon of Plight gave an error message.
  • Fixed the issue that performing some actions in the Guild when logging in for the first time had a long lag.
  • Apocalypse Tokens now have a dedicated icon to clarify that they’re tokens instead of full equipment.
